Vlaovic is a licensed attorney and member of the New York State Bar Association. Prior to co-founding Sequoia Legal, Vlaovic worked in real estate development managing a staff of 12 employees. Vlaovic also worked as a licensed securities trader for a major North American bank.
He studied law at both the University of New Mexico and the University of Western Ontario. Vlaovic is a member of NACBA and speaks three languages including Spanish.

Gary Russell's chief responsibility is the execution of our marketing strategy and the recruitment of skilled professionals. Prior to co-founding Sequoia Legal, Russell worked as an HR consultant at KBR, a subsidiary of Halliburton. While working at one of the world's leading outsourcing firms, Russell developed an expertise in the recruitment and management of employees from over 60 countries. His professional work has led to positions in Japan, Africa and the Middle East.
Russell studied law at both the University of New Mexico and the University of Western Ontario. After graduating from law school, Russell practiced civil litigation in Vancouver. He is a licensed attorney and member of the British Columbia Bar Association.
